Before heading to Farmart, we stopped by Chong Pang Hawker Centre, which was along the way, as I had wanted to satisfy my craving for my favourite chicken feet noodles. Unfortunately, by the time we arrived, the stall had fully sold out their chicken feet.
Personally, I enjoy going to Chong Pang Market as it reminded me of my many wonderful childhood memories. As a daddy, I hope I can create wonderful childhood memories for Faith too.
Faith is a very brave girl. It amazes us that she dares to feed the birds, rabbits, goats all by herself with simple instructions from us. A mummy of an older girl (approx 7-8 years old) commented that Faith is so brave as she dares to feed the animals on her on while her own daughter dares not. "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" Philippians 4:13
Guess which animal is Faith's favourite? Yes, the rabbits! She went back repeatedly to the rabbit cages and call ''小白'' (Xiao Bai) which is her short form for white rabbit 小白兔 - Xiăo bái tù
After our time at Farmart, we went to Bukit Panjang as Huizhi has not visited our first Myeongdong branch (Myeongdong Hair Studio @ Segar) before. The Myeongdong team @ Segar were surprised to see us yet at the same time happy to see Faith in real person for the first time.
We went back to rest in the afternoon before going out for dinner at Changi Village area in the evening. There, Faith enjoyed watching planes take-off, boats in the sea, street-busking and playing at the playground. We summed up the day with a delicious zi char dinner at Changi Hawker Centre. 맛있어요! Mashisoyo!
