Had an eventful long weekend. Started off with nice dinner with the family on Mount Faber's Spuds and Apron. There was this bell of happiness and Faith learnt the new word "bell". (Managed to get a nice bell from Daiso for her to enjoy the ringing.)
Friday morning at East Coast Park with the caregroup. We wanted to rent a family bike but the queue for waiting was two hours. So we waited (and fed Faith) while the rest went on their single bikes. Had dinner with family at Ion. Went to Daiso and bought a new toy for Faith: a bell!
Went to The Grandstand on Saturday. Had lunch and walked around a bit. Stopped by a ballet school and watched some students at their dance classes. Faith was fascinated and rocking to the beat. Before we knew it, she started walking several steps. Glad to have captured the moments on video and she repeated it several times too.
Alas, Sunday marked the day she had a first big bump. She fell forward while putting on shoes and had a big bruise on her forehead. The papa was so worried and we rushed off to the hospital to be safe. She was active along the way and while waiting for her turn. We thank God for his hand of protection upon Faith.
