As usual we attended Watchnite service in church. Faith was excited too; too excited to sleep but finally dozed off at 11pm and missed the countdown.
All woke up late today and went for a late breakfast. Met up with family for lunch and spent some precious moments together. Visited the Punggol Promenade and Faith had her first up-close and personal experience with a horse (at the Punggol Ranch) and even feeding it. She didn't like it very much. :P
[Short review of the Punggol Ranch: There is a newly-opened indoor playground. Rates are $10 for Mon-Fri and $14 for Sat/Sun/PH; unlimited play. Feel that the rates are rather expensive as the place is quite small. Other activities at the ranch: A packet of carrot for feeding is $2. We got this just so we could take photos for free. Otherwise, it's $10 for phototaking. Very commercialised place, to earn parent's money, I feel. Oh, wagon chalets are available too with rates starting from $170.]
We next visited the Suntec-Marina Square area to walk around and have our dinner before heading back.
Looking forward to an exciting and fruitful 2016! :)
