Pray together, Stay together

Pastor Dishan shared at the evening service tonight. He touched on the rising trend of failed marriages in recent times and how the increasing number of "how-to" and self-help books did not seem to help.

It is still the old saying "A couple who prays together, stays together" that is most effective. I caught that. Bernard and I already had advice from our seniors (ie. parents and aunts) that this is exactly what we should do. And that we'll aim to do even right before our marriage. =)

Praying together is very important as we all understand the power of agreement. "Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven." Matthew18:19
