Over the CNY holidays, I have come to terms with the fact that I have put on some weight recently.. When my relatives first told me that I have put on some weight during Christmas, I did not really take them seriously until I went to shop for clothes before the CNY... then I realize that there is truth in what they say...
I think the weight increase is caused by the "double" breakfast I have every morning .... This is because i would my breakfast with Huizhi @ home before sending her to school. Following which, to kill some time and to keep my mouth occupied... I would go for another breakfast... Hmm.... Need to have more self-control.. =P
