To leave and to cleave
This was what got us on our feet in search of a place we can call our own.

We went through two rounds of balloting without success. After that, we flipped through the Classifieds and started contacting several agents to help us in the hunt. The initial few units we saw were disappointing, way out of our expectation and budget. We even considered getting a rental place. The prevailing market price was just way too high.

We persisted in prayer and listed our preferences to God: low cash, high floor, move-in condition, corner unit, flat young in age and a decent seller (we do not want paint splashed on our door).

Seems a bit impossible in the natural but that makes the miracle all the more greater! =)

One agent called and we went to view this place in Buangkok, within R3. ;) The place fulfils all that we've listed out in prayer and beyond (it was on a lift landing as well). We confirmed the place straight away and placed the deposit.

On hindsight, it was a good thing that we did not get a unit direct from HDB, or we'd still have to spend time and money on much renovation.

We thank God for his miraculous provision and also the many ones who prayed along with us.

We are excited to be on this journey that God is bringing us on.
